Returns & Refund Policy

1.Return period: within 14 days after receiving the goods, consumers have the right to put forward the choice of return;

2.Return conditions: the goods should be brand-new and unused, and the original packaging and accessories should be kept.

3.Return fee: the consumer needs to bear the freight for the returned goods.

4.Special goods: customized goods, goods tailored according to consumers' requirements, and the option of returning goods without reason is not applicable.

5.Processing time of return and refund: We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to the bank account by the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.

Note: If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt, it's a pity that we can't provide you with a return or exchange service.
